In keeping with our other beautiful cottages, Shane's Retreat is named after our gorgeous childhood dog "Shane" a magnificent German Shepherd.

Shane's Retreat is a good sized mid terraced stone built cottage dating back to the late 1800’s and is located in a fabulous position across the road from our award winning "Gerties Getaway" and just a few minutes walk from the Harbour, Marina and Beaches in Amble by the sea.

With 2 bedrooms ,1 bathroom and a wonderful open plan kitchen diner leading to the large secure garden area, Shanes Retreat has been completely renovated and we welcomed our first guests in November 2021

Sleeping 4 guests and with a cozy Log Burner Shane's Retreat is the perfect place to escape for couples and small families

Shane's Retreat is also dog friendly with a fabulous  sunny outdoor seating area
